All prices listed on our website are excluded Delivery Charges. Delivery Costs are shown separately in Delivery Policy.

Purchase Orders

You may place an Order follow by the instructions on our website. By placing an Order, you make offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the Product(s) the subject of your Order (Purchase Contract).
TG Drop Ship is an online business and will primarily communicate with Customers via email/whatsapp. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated email address is regularly checked for correspondence.
Orders will be deemed to have been received by TG Drop Ship at the time TG Drop Ship sends an Order Confirmation to your nominated email address.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event of a cancelled Order by us, funds paid in relation to that Order will be refunded in full. You will be provided with email confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
TG Drop Ship does not accept any responsibility for Orders that are declined, delayed or not accepted due to disruptions with internet connections.
TG Drop Ship shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TG Drop Ship and TG Drop Ship shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
We may charge a redelivery fee if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your Order.

Payment

Payment for Orders will be processed upon acknowledgement from us via email.
You may provide your nominated credit card during the purchase process described on our website.
All payments to be made through TG Drop Ship shall be made using iPay88 (where you are the cardholder of that card, bank account holder).
If your nominated payment method triggers our fraud prevention protocols, we may contact you to confirm additional details, or withdraw the transaction. In this case, until your Order has passed our fraud prevention protocols your Order will not be fulfilled. If you do not provide the requested information within up to 7 days, your Order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded back to the method in which you paid. These information requests are sent to help protect credit card holders from online fraud.

Discount Vouchers and Promotion Code

Discount vouchers and promotion code have a validity of specified at the time of issue in writing.
Discount vouchers and promotion code may be redeemed by entering the voucher code into the Discount Code field at checkout. Discount vouchers and promotion code will not be refunded.
Online promotions, discounts and gift items are not exchangeable and non-refundable. Promotions are subjected to stock availability.
