Shipping & Delivery

Welcome to TG Drop Ship (the 'Site'). Here are some details about how we work. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your continued use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

**Price quoted are subject to change from time to time base on the latest rate from courier company.

• Delivery are fully covered for West and East Malaysia.
• All delivery will be arranged after we had received full payment.
• Shipping charges may vary depending on area & order amount in your shopping cart, plus the travel distance from our store to your location.
• If you are engaging delivery service with us, please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
• All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.
• TG Drop Ship is not responsible for the delivery times of your order send by courier company. Once items have been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by TG Drop Ship (as notified to the Customer) in relation to date and time of delivery. TG Drop Ship shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
• TG Drop Ship reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.

• No charges for self-collection and you may pick up your Sales Order from our store at the following address:

  51200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Please bring along the following items at the time of collection:
  
  • Confirmation email from TG Drop Ship or;
  • Receipt from TG Drop Ship with payment slip.
• Collection can be done 2 working days later subject to stock availability.
• Our store operating from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
• There will be no collection/delivery available on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
• However, if the Goods are not collected within 12 working days, we will contact you. If the Goods are still not collected within 12 working days from the notification call, we reserve the right to charge a small fee for storage and administration, at our discretion’s TG Drop Ship.
• TG Drop Ship reserve the rights not to entertain the collection or fulfil the Sales Order should the Goods remain uncollected for 1 month after your Sales Order unless prior approval has been granted from TG Drop Ship in written.
